| Ship Smart Inc. Does not omit Customs Clearance. Every single package entering RP is subjected to Customs performed by Customs Office of RP. Many parcels are held by Customs Office due to incomplete or untrue description or value of the package. Customs Office requires precise information about your shipment. Parcel less than 45 USD in value is duty-free. |

| What is a bill of lading? |
| It is a document confirming receiving cargo to transport (shipment agreement). It specifies cargo and way of shipments. There are several kinds of bill of lading forms. |

| What is package consolidation? |
| Consolidation means connecting several small packages, going in one direction, in one big parcel. To do that shipper prepares separate bill of lading for each consolidated package and one general bill of lading for all the packages. On the general bill of lading consolidating shipper is the sender and unconsolidating shipper is a recipient. Cargo carrier can only check general bill of lading. |

| Why does shipper consolidate packages? |
| One of the reasons is signing an agreement with the carrier to ship one big package, which means less transport costs for the shipper and the customer. Consolidation also assures that all packages will be taken from the carrier and delivered to a recipient as one. |

| What do AWB, MAWB, HAWB mean? |
| AWB means Air Waybill. This document always contains 11 digit number, where 3 first digits are carrier’s code (i.e. 080 - LOT, 020 - Lufthansa, 125 - British Airways). MAWB means Master Air Waybill for consolidated packages. MAWB is also AWB. HAWB means House Air Waybill for consolidated packages. |

| What means shipping door to door? |
| It is a full shipping service that includes getting cargo from a supplier, transporting it to an airport, preparing all necessary documents, air transporting it to recipient’s port, filling forms at recipient’s port, delivering it to a recipient. |

| It is a delivery service that includes getting cargo from a supplier, transporting it to an airport, preparing all necessary documents, air transporting it to recipient’s port, filling forms at recipient’s port. Recipient gets the cargo from the airport. |

| Sender gets the cargo to an airport. Shipper takes over at the airport transporting the cargo to recipient’s port and preparing all documents. Recipient gets the cargo from the airport. |
