Once your package is in our warehouse we will calculate transport costs based on the weight and measurements of your parcel and will send you an e-mail with attached invoice and payment options.

Shipments are delivered to a given address within 7 business days after we receive payment for the transport. You can check the status of your order in our tracking system.
If a parcel’s value is more than 45 USD, it can be held in Customs Office in Warsaw.
Ship Smart packages are automatically insured to a value of 150 USD.
